The Trading Desk does not provide investment advice.

The return on this investment can go down as well as up dependent on the actual maturity date (i.e. the date on which the insured under the life insurance policy dies).  The expected maturity date is determined based on a life expectancy analysis conducted by an independent third party medical underwriter. However as the Trading Desk carries on securities investment business exclusively for sophisticated persons it does not require a license under the SIBL Law but it has instead filed with the Cayman Island Monetary Authority, a declaration form declaring that the Trading Desk carries on securities investment business exclusively for sophisticated persons and accordingly the Trading Desk is exempted from the requirement to obtain a license under the SIBL Law and is not subject to regulation by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
